Laugharne RFC head into the 2026/27 season with a strong and well-defined leadership group, with Mikey Williams taking on the captaincy supported by vice captains Rhodri Rees and Rhys Evans, while Dan Mason oversees rugby matters as Head of Rugby.

The wider setup is strengthened further with Nico Setaro and Marc Jones operating as player-coaches, providing leadership on and off the field, alongside Adam Davies managing team operations, creating a balanced structure that combines experience, organisation and on-pitch direction heading into the new campaign.
