| The Round 3 draw announced today
has set up an interesting trip to the heart of Dylan Thomas country.
Laugharne are currently in mid-table of Division Three West in the Asda
Leagues with two wins in five outings so far this season.
They have enjoyed a successful cup run with home wins over Brynamman
(29-20) and, last Saturday, Cardiff's neighbours Rumney (32-22).
Cardiff coach Howard Stone said, "We look forward to the cup campaign
every year. One of the attractions is going to new grounds and this is
certainly the case with our trip to Laugharne. Their two wins in the earlier
rounds suggest that they will be a tough proposition on their home pitch
but, nevertheless, it should be a good day out for the team and our
supporters." |
